Gordon Huang is a distinguished professor and environmental engineer known for his groundbreaking work in environmental modeling and sustainability. He currently serves as a Canada Research Chair at the University of Regina, where he has made significant contributions to the development of decision-making tools for managing environmental and energy systems. Dr. Huang holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and has pioneered numerous methods in areas such as uncertainty analysis, risk assessment, and optimization modeling. His research focuses on addressing complex environmental challenges, particularly in water resource management, climate change adaptation, and energy policy. As the director of the Institute for Energy, Environment, and Sustainable Communities, Huang has led several large-scale projects aimed at promoting sustainable practices in energy and environmental systems. He has published over 600 peer-reviewed journal papers and has been recognized internationally for his work, including receiving prestigious awards like the Engineering Medal for Research and Development from Engineers Canada. Throughout his career, Huang has been a mentor to many graduate students and young researchers, fostering the next generation of leaders in environmental engineering. His innovative research continues to influence global policies and practices in sustainability and resource management.

Mumtaz Karatas holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from the Turkish Naval Academy and an MSc in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has six years of experience as an operations research analyst for the navy and obtained his PhD in Industrial Engineering from Kocaeli University. Following his time as a researcher at the Naval Postgraduate School for two years, he served as a faculty member at the Turkish Naval Academy for 10 years. His primary research focuses on the application of operations research techniques, optimization, machine learning, and data analytics to tackle supply chain design and logistics problems, as well as defense planning problems. He specializes in areas such as facility location and sizing, vehicle/inventory routing, sensor network design, and transportation planning. His recent research includes robust optimization in the context of disaster planning, healthcare resource management, and UAV mission planning.

�agri Yilmaz received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2007, achieving high honors. He went on to complete his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Duisburg-Essen University in Germany in 2010. During his master's program, he worked on the "Intellisipline" project in the mechanical department and gained further experience as an intern in the manufacturing department at ThyssenKrupp MillServices & Systems in Duisburg. In 2010, he successfully completed his master's thesis, titled "Adaptation of T-Data data management software package to Microsoft .Net Framework Technology," at Tr�tzchler Spinning firm in M�nchengladbach, Germany, as part of the T-Data project. Subsequently, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Distributed Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (Dai-Labor) at the Technical University of Berlin from 2011 to 2014, focusing on robot systems and smart grids. Since February 2016, �agri Yilmaz has been employed as a Lecturer in the Mechatronics Department of Akdeniz University Vocational School of Technical Sciences. He completed his doctoral studies in the field of Acoustics and Vibration at Akdeniz University's Mechanical Engineering Department in May 2022. His doctoral thesis centered on investigating acoustic force sensitivity using the theory of Multi-Frequency Atomic Force Microscopy (MF-AFM). Currently, he is engaged in theoretical studies on the sensitivities of micro-cantilevers to external forces under multi-frequency operations.

Raul Duarte Salgueiral Gomes Campilho is a Permanent Auxiliar Professor at ISEP – School of Engineering, Porto, Portugal. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISEP, a Master in Mechanical Engineering from FEUP, a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from FEUP, and Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering from FEUP, all with high honors. Teaching since 2003 at ESEIG, ISEP, and ULP, he covers subjects like Finite Element Method, Mechanics of Materials, and Machine Design. He has supervised 6 Ph.D., 266 M.Sc., and 52 B.Sc. theses. With thirty-five books and 154 book chapters published, he also serves as Editor-in-Chief of Academia Materials Science Journal and has published 360 papers in international journals. He has presented extensively at conferences, reviewed over 120 journal papers, organized numerous academic events, and participated in various funded research projects. He has also held leadership roles, including directing the Degree in Management and Industrial Engineering at ULP and serving as Sub-director of the Master in Mechanical Engineering at ISEP.

Majid Forghani-Elahabad is an Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics at the Federal University of ABC, Brazil. He earned his Ph.D. in Operations Research in 2014, complementing his academic foundation with a B.Sc. and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics, received in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Beyond his current role, Majid has enriched his research and teaching portfolio through postdoctoral positions at the University of São Paulo and the Federal University of ABC, and lecturing positions at several prestigious universities in Iran, including the Sharif University of Technology. As a testament to his commitment to academic excellence and contribution to the scientific community, Majid holds editorial positions in seven international journals and has an extensive record as a reviewer. He has reviewed more than 160 papers for almost thirty esteemed international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Reliability, Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Computers & Industrial Engineering, and Expert Systems with Applications. His research endeavors are primarily focused on system reliability, network optimization, network design, and optical networks, where he aims to contribute significant advancements through his work.

Agnieszka Misztal is a professor at the Poznan University of Technology (Poznan, Poland). Academically, she specialises in the areas of quality management, quality engineering and transport quality systems. She received her PhD in the discipline of management sciences in 2006 and her habilitation degree in technical sciences in 2016. She has authored or co-authored more than 90 scientific publications in this area. She is closely associated with companies in the role of expert in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality management systems. She is certified as a lead auditor of quality management systems. For the last 20 years, she has carried out numerous projects and training courses for companies on the implementation and auditing of management systems and the use of quality management methods and techniques. She has been a reviewer for several Polish and foreign journals, a member of the scientific boards of cyclical conferences, and a reviewer of research proposals. She has been a team member or manager in several research or teaching projects, as well as commissions from industry. She has promoted three PhDs and is supervising further doctoral thesis. From 2016 to 2020, she was Vice-Dean for full-time education of the Faculty of Engineering Management at Poznan University of Technology, holding numerous additional positions. From 2020, she has been the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education at Poznan University of Technology. She is the Editor in Chief of the journal The Scientific Journals of Poznan University of Technology series Organisation and Management.

Dr Pramanik is currently a Sn lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Discipline, School of Civil and Mechanical Engineering at Curtin University. He completed Masters and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore and University of Sydney respectively. Dr Pramanik has more than 20 year of research experience in the fields of manufacturing as well as composite materials at different universities. He has published more than 200 research articles which include several books, many book chapters and many reputed journal articles.

Prof. Orchidea Maria Lecian graduated in Theoretical Physics at Sapienza University of Rome and ICRA- International Center for Relativistic Astrophysics in 2005 and completed her International Relativistic Astrophysics Phd at Sapienza University and ICRA. She was post-doctoral Fellow at IHES (Bures-sur-Yvette, France), AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany) and Sapienza University of Rome. She took part in intensive research programmes at AEI-MPI (Potsdam-Golm, Germany) and The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences (Toronto, Canada) and IHES (Bures-sur-Yvette, France). She has been researcher for SAIA- NS'P (The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic- National Stipendium Program) as Research grantee and Erasmus Lecturer at Comenius University in Bratislava (Bratislava, Slovakia), Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Department of Theoretical Physics and Physics Education- KTFDF i 2017-2018. She was and Visiting Professor at Kursk State University, Faculty of Algebra, Geometry and Didactics of Mathematics Theory (Kursk, Russia) within the Programme Education in Russia for Foreign Nationals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in 2022-2023. She was Assistant Professor at Sapienza University of Rome and has been Professor at Sapienza University of Rome, She is member of several Research Consortia. She is author of research papers, conference papers, review papers, invited papers and three books. She is reviewer and editorial-board member of several international Journals.

Prof. Felix Chan received his BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brighton University, UK, and obtained his MSc and PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London, UK. Prior joining Macau University of Science and technology, Prof. Chan has many years of working experience in other universities including The Hong Kong Polytechnic University; University of Hong Kong; University of South Australia; University of Strathclyde. His current research interests are Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, Distribution Coordination, Decision Making, AI Optimisation. To date, Prof. Chan has published over 16 book chapters, over 460 SCI/SSCI refereed international journal papers and 330 peer reviewed international conference papers. His total number of citations>22000, h Index= 74. Prof. Chan is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong.Furthermore, based on a recent research group of Stanford University about the impact of scientists (Top 2% listed), Prof. Chan has been ranked Top 2% worldwide, in 4 consecutive years (2020-2023).

Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics.

Snezana Kirin is a Full Research Professor at the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and a Full Professor at the University of Economics Academy in Novi Sad. Born on February 14, 1961, in Serbia, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the Faculty of Science and a Master's Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences. In 2011, she earned her PhD in Risk Management in Modern Industrial Systems from the same institution. With over 30 years of experience, Kirin has held various prominent positions, including roles at the Oil Industry of Serbia, where she worked on mathematical modeling, risk assessment, and project control. Since 2011, she has focused on research in risk management, human factor risk, company innovation evaluation, and statistical analysis. She has published 72 papers indexed in SCOPUS and contributed to over 20 international research projects. Kirin also holds international certification in risk and safety management and has taught at institutions like the Faculty of Security Studies in Belgrade. Her academic contributions have positioned her as a respected figure in the field of industrial risk management and innovation evaluation.

Muthuramalingam Thangaraj is working as Professor and Head at the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology. His primary area of research interests are unconventional micro machining, Manufacturing Automation and Mechatronics. So far, he has published around 200 of his research papers in these research fields with the h-index of 44. He has been listed as Top 2% scientists in worldwide by Stanford University, USA. He has officially visited many countries such as USA, Germany, Belgium, China, UAE, Netherland, Turkey, Poland, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam in connection with Visiting Professorships, Campus Visit, keynote speech, session chair and paper presentation. Dr. Meriem Zamouche, an Associate Professor at Constantine 3 University in Algeria, holds a Ph.D. in Process Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Process Engineering. Her expertise lies in wastewater treatment, utilizing advanced methods like adsorption, coagulation-flocculation, and advanced oxidation processes, along with the synthesis of nanomaterials for environmental applications. She supervises a Ph.D. thesis on nanomaterials for treating water contaminated by persistent organic pollutants and has overseen numerous Master's theses. Dr. Zamouche has contributed to various university research projects and published extensively in international journals, actively sharing her findings at scientific conferences worldwide.

Bing-Huei Chen, Ph.D., is a distinguished food scientist with expertise in lipid chemistry, pigment chemistry, food toxicology, and nanotechnology. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Science & Technology from Texas A&M University in 1988. Since then, he has held various prestigious roles at Fu Jen University, Taiwan, including Distinguished Chair Professor, Chair of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, and Dean of the College of Human Ecology. Prof. Chen has published 230 research articles and authored 11 book chapters, with a total of 14,276 citations and an H-index of 70. His notable achievements include developing "Lycopene Chylomicron," a botanical drug undergoing clinical trials for prostate hypertrophy, and a nano drink effective in treating type II diabetes, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s in animal models. He has received numerous awards, including the National Invention Gold Medal Award (2018) and the IAAM Scientist Award (2020). Prof. Chen has been recognized as one of the top 2% scientists globally by Elsevier/Stanford since 2021. He currently serves as CEO of Brilliant Nano Biotech Company, Editor-in-Chief of "Recent Patents on Food, Nutrition and Agriculture," and holds editorial roles in multiple journals.
